Parke Truss
Parke County in Indiana is well known for their wide collection of maintained covered bridges. However, there are still a few old metal truss bridges that exist in the county as well. They don't receive nearly the attention but they were still of importance to someone in some era of time. I had to stop at one of these on the back roads to take it in its exposed beauty. Sure, it didn't have the bright colors of the painted wooden covered bridges, but it still had a good rusty metal color and a wooden plank floor to lead you down the bridge and out into the world.
