Winter Tributary
Toward the eastern part of the trails of this local preserve is this tributary to the Mackinaw River. I love to walk back here and stand next to the flowing water. There is a peaceful sound as the water flows over and around the few stones that have found a home here. Listening to this sound as snowflakes fly around helps create a winter wonderland.
