Swift

Continuing on with leaves in the river from yesterday's post brings me to this piece. In a creek bed leading to the Mackinaw were these lovely moss covered rocks and oak leaves. While watching them, I noticed how the wind would whip through and rustle them. So, naturally I set up my tripod, positioned my framing of the camera, and then waited for the wind to blow again. More of an anticipation by the sense of touch than by anticipation of changing light. The result; enjoy the motion of this one leaf versus its stationary friends.

Swift is the 79th creation in Local Sanctuary.
