Creek Crossing

I don't spend much time in the south part of the preserve, as most of the time is walked on the more trodden northern part of the Mackinaw. We had had a descent amount of rain a few days before and I immediately thought about photographing this little bridge in the south portion of the preserve with the water flowing underneath. In the summer time, I'm sure that this little creek will come to a trickle from the heat and lack of rain, so the cool days of spring were welcome choice. I like the texture in the tree on the left obscuring the entrance to the bridge, the flow of the river, and the colored path leading through the woods. Love it and hope you do to!

Creek Crossing is the 46th creation in Local Sanctuary.
