Quiet Neighbors
I love this old house that sits across the road from the prairie preserve. I know I am not alone in feeling such and that many others cherish it. To live across the preserve, with the fence posts and its wavy barbed wire and the prairie grasses being windswept, truly a fortunate soul to be neighbors to such a place. Lovely solitude on a winter day. Thanks JM for letting me create this work and allowing it to be included in Local Sanctuary. And for keeping it just the way it is.
